A training board game accompanied by a DVD of Gill Tree telling her jungle story. It is a stand alone product that can be used by trainers, by managers in a team meeting, by individuals for their own development and by coaches with their clients.
Rather than being competitive, the game promotes team-working and supportive behaviour. The individual on landing on a square, picks up a card pertaining to that square and thinks through the answer to the question. Situations that happened to Gill, act as a metaphor to the participants in real life. For example; "You become stuck in the mud. Where in life are you stuck and how can you get out?"
The group has an opportunity to discuss, coach, brainstorm and support. Any learning is through self-discovery and is therefore more easily embedded, any decision or action is written down in the log (jungle journal) and an action plan developed.
